El Refugio denounces "the hell of animal protection Proaniplant in Sangonera la Verde" (17/04/2009)

Note from El Refugio:

The Shelter report the facts to the Court of Murcia opening the first prosecution against animal protection in Spain is made public.

The Refuge is people like charge in the Magistrate's Court No 1 of Murcia.

In these facilities, dogs and cats found in the hostel located in Sangonera la Verde, allegedly have suffered by their caregivers and responsible, and at least since June 2007, a constant state of neglect and abuse, allegedly resulting death in some cases the facilities found in conditions unsuitable for their purposes, do not forget, are the care and attention of animals housed.

In the complaint, one witness said that in his visits as a volunteer was "dead dogs on the premises, injured animals have been abandoned, with external and internal parasites ..." "... I found dead rats in cages .

The stench is unbearable.

Sometimes I have found on the premises dead puppies ... "

These facts may be subject to civil actions for breaches of contract, but also subject to administrative and criminal accusation.

The hostel, according to our records, you open several irregularities in administrative proceedings for animal protection, all of them prior to June 2007, finding that the facts now reported, are of our opinion, as criminal offenses.

For this reason, in addition to charges against alleged perpetrators of the acts of abuse and neglect, animal keepers, denouncing their chairs, because they allegedly knew the situation perfectly, and far from eradicated, allegedly have been encouraging with their behavior, being responsible for the operation of facilities and state of the animals.

Proaniplant allegedly received a grant for the maintenance of the hostel, that will have to "accommodate, feed and care for animals which are transferred by the city of Murcia and individuals, will have to give those animals that they apply for adoption should keep pets vaccinated and wormed, have to keep animals in conditions compatible with biological imperatives of its kind, must have the right people in the accommodation and provide veterinary services. "

Proaniplant hell, supposedly has been happening in recent years.

In this supposedly protective listed as president Juan José Fernández de los Reyes, who resigned last year, was named new president of Proaniplant David Marble.

According to El Refugio in some cases, some animals protective collect and receive grants, appear to protect animals but never do.

From El Refugio want to promote through all the protectors of a dignified exit area for over 200 dogs and cats that are still in Proaniplant.

Anyone who is interested in adopting one of these animals please call the El Refugio (917303680) where they were informed of the possibility of such adoptions.

"The protective Proaniplant is a hellish place where they slaughter dogs and cats is routine, presumably many of them die in agony on the inside of the facility.

Court No. 1 of Murcia, following our report, has opened a criminal proceeding and we are now and will charge people like all our legal means for the alleged perpetrators are punished. "
