The Community promotes 30 new housing in the hamlet of Murcia Torreagüera (11/04/2009)

The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia (IVS) has put out to tender two parcels located in the hamlet of Murcia Torreagüera to build 30 new public housing in solitary sales.

The land where new homes will be built, owned by IVS, occupy a total of 964.5 meters squared.

These plots are on the streets Juan Herrera, numbers 27 and 29, and Alfonso X el Sabio, numbers 22 and 24.

In total, it plans to build 30 homes, 12 and 18 Juan Herrera Alfonso X, with a maximum area of 90 sq meters per household.

This action is part of the series of actions undertaken by the regional government after the land acquisitions made through the LVS for the promotion and construction of housing in the area of Murcia.

Companies that wish to apply for the acquisition of land must submit their bids by 21 April, in the case of the parcel located on Calle Juan Herrera, and April 22 for Alfonso X El Sabio.

Applications can be made on the premises of the IVS, in the Plaza de Santoña, 6, 5 th floor of Murcia city.

Available in the new housing site

The managing director of the IVS, Jane Brown, said that future homes are included in the Regional Housing Plan, which aims to "provide citizens access to adequate housing and provide measures to help contain the price increase" .

Castaño said that when it is built Torreagüera promotion, housing will become available in the Regional Housing Portal (www.regiondemurciavivienda.es) 'which includes the supply of social housing in the Region of Murcia. "

The project contemplates a sale price for the plot of 459 square meters on the street Juan Herrera of 378,026 euros, plus VAT, taxes and transfer costs.

This amount will be paid in consideration of the IVS through the delivery of a minimum of 320 sq meters of premises on the ground floor and 75 square meter garage, which is equivalent to three parking spaces for locals.

As for the plot of Calle Alfonso X El Sabio, which occupies 505 square meters, establishing a sale price of 520,986 euros, plus taxes and charges, payable by future labor swap with a minimum of 425 sq meters premises on the ground floor and five parking spaces.

In both cases, the difference between the value of the lots and the value of the consideration of work will be paid to the IVS in cash.
