Professional cleaning module "which began on 11 January 2009 and has been developed at the Integrated Children and Reconciling Work and Family Life of the City of Murcia.
The course was attended by 15 people, women and men selected from families in the municipality with an income level below the average in difficulty and social disadvantage.
With a very basic training and who have difficulties in accessing employment due to lack of qualification and professional training.
The aim of this program was to improve the degree of employability of participants, thus increasing their chances of finding employment in the formal market.
The course participants have received a grant of assistance and have been subsidized transportation and day care if you have specified.
The course lasted 200 hours, the contents have been related to the cleaning of buildings and equipment handling and cleaning equipment, as well as the development of personal and professional skills for the improvement in the job.
Have completed 20 hours of professional practice, for which the partnership has benefited the company EULEN SA and Senior Private "Sisters of the Poor" Bacons Bridge.
Both have allowed and facilitated the course participants were able to learn and develop the work related to the sector of professional cleaning of buildings and large areas.
By the organization of the course and participants' own values in a very positive experience.
