The future Integrated Training Center for Energy and Water will be built in the village of Santiago and Zaraíche Murcia (27/03/2009)

The Governing Council has agreed the sale of land by the municipality of Murcia to be allocated to the construction of the Integrated Training Center for Energy and Water, attached to the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment.

The land, which covers an area of 12,705 meters square and is located in the Partial Plan CR-6 and Zaraíche Santiago, in the municipality of Murcia, is valued at 1,270,500 euros
