Fernandez de Simon: "There is a proliferation of laws opportunistic" (26/03/2009)

The Legal Staff of the Regional Assembly spoke in the UCAM Murcia on 'Legislative Techniques'

The Legal Staff of the Regional Assembly of Murcia, and President of the Spanish Association of Parliamentary Lawyers, Encarnación Fernández de Simón Bermejo, delivered this afternoon at the UCAM a conference on 'Legislative Techniques "framed in the Master's Degree in Law and Legal Practice University.

Fernandez de Simon said that "there is often a proliferation of laws opportunistic and circumstantial, clearly partisan in that they are designed to meet demands of small groups with which they feel in debt."

Encarnación Fernández de Simón, discussed during his speech, aimed at students of the Master of Law Degree which promotes UCAM law, the question of the quality of laws.

The lawyer explained that "Parliament is a very old institution, as opposed to the society it represents.

A modern society that has undergone changes that have hardly affected the Parliament. "

Fernández de Simón, also influenced the various political and legal factors that affect the institution of parliament and said that "Parliament today is limited to validating the efforts of the government."

Counsel also made a review on the process of degradation mechanisms observed in the enactment of legislation in Parliament, explaining that "in a society dominated by media, laws have become a simple marketing message."

Remarkably, Simon Encarnación Fernández Bermejo, holds the honor of being the first woman from Spain who agree to such a charge.
