The course "The electronic processing of court proceedings in the European Union", organized by the Center for Legal Studies of the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the University of Murcia, University Hall opened in the Old Artillery Barracks, where they develop the days until Friday 27 March.
The opening ceremony, which was chaired by the rector of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, and the Head of Studies and Deputy Director of the Center for Legal Studies, María Encarnación Church, led to the papers, which, delivered by professionals Administration of Justice, focused on the European order and judicial cooperation in the EU.
Today, March 26, lectures are provided English and German judges, who will address the procedural issues raised in these EU countries, with special emphasis on procedures "Money Claim Online" and the German payment mechanized processing.
The day ended with a wrap by Alfonso Carlos Aliaga, clerk in Lorca and course director.
