- The list of persons with reduced mobility will be ordered by the degree certificate and its vicinity area, winning 32 seats and the reserved.

"The rest of people with disabilities who do not get reduced time are included in the overall list of the proximity zone that applies.

If the number of applicants meeting the criteria for registration and belong to the first zone of proximity is less than the number of resident positions available, all are entitled to one of these places.

In this case the order for the election of each square was established by lot.

If the number of applications exceeds the places available, a lottery will be held before a notary.

In total there are two areas that define the priority close proximity to access the living spaces.

The first of these is delimited by the streets Jerome de Roda, Fuensanta Plaza, Gran Via (numbers 21, 21a, 23, 28, 30 and 32), baritone Marcos Redondo, Santa Teresa, Mariano Rotated, Acisclo Diaz and Steps Santiago until intersection with Jerome de Roda.
