The PSOE government requires the House to defend the heritage and interests of Murcia in the case of Colegio San Antonio de Padua (23/03/2009)

Note from PSOE:

María Dolores Abellon The mayor notes that the Socialist Group at the time denounced the repeated failure of the specification for which the lands were ceded and warned that the city of Murcia may be vicariously liable for the debts that the Foundation is granted the right size for the construction and subsequent management of the school

The Municipal Socialist Group today called on the PP in La Glorieta all information about the action it has undertaken in recent years, the concessionaire of the surface rights (Christian Schools Development Foundation), where he built the San Antonio de Padua College , subject to possible closure when you finish the current course.

In this sense, the mayor of the PSOE María Dolores Abellon reports that the two companies that built the school, each filed liens for nonpayment, so that the city of Murcia may be affected by them, not finding the owner of the Christian Schools Development Foundation any entity taking over the debt and school management.

The Socialist Group in the day denounced the repeated failure of the specifications on the land and gave warning that the consistory could be vicariously liable for the debts of the Foundation for enterprises, to parents and to the school workers.

For these reasons, the socialists ask House to defend the heritage of Murcia and reflect on its policy of land cessions, in this case, has occurred with "inconsistencies and imbalances" in relation to what should be the promotion of land for non-profit.

This case, end Abellon confirms and proves the proverb that "those are the sludge powders."
