The Department of Sports City of Murcia, headed by Miguel Cascales, renovate the soccer field of 17 districts with the installation of artificial turf.

This is a project that will invest approximately 7 million euros (about 400,000 euros on average per football field).

The installation of artificial turf on soccer fields will allow local users in sport with more comfort and better facilities.

In addition, artificial turf is environmentally friendly and saving an important promoting water sustainable facilities.

Sports continues its program to modernize the city's sports facilities with the aim of providing quality facilities for all Murcia and that sport is available to everyone.

The installation of artificial turf will be held at the soccer fields of: Javalí New Sangonera la Verde, Churra, Casillas, Javalí Viejo, Sucina, Cabeza de Torres, La Alberca, Zeneta, The Esparragal, Torreagüera, Sangonera La Seca, Los Garres , Puebla de Soto, the strut, Espinardo and El Raal.
