The Department of Youth and Employment of the City of Murcia, organizes the V Cutters Ham Course in Murcia, with the collaboration of El Pozo, which will be taught by Master Ham Cutter Alfonso Ortiz Robles.
The course will be held on 27 and 28 March in the Local Development Agency, Calle Maria Zambrano s / n.
The course has a theoretical part about choosing a good ham, how to start it, slicing, and even what to do when we have several hams and do not want to spoil us.
In practice the lunch for each student what the different parties have ham and learn to handle the utensils for cutting.

The course fee is 120 € per person, which will include a dossier on the theory and practice to teach the course, a ham of Reserve of El Pozo de 8 kg, which is sliced and vacuum packed for each student to take home, a jamonera, a carving knife, a sharpener, an apron, lunch, and a diploma.
