The City of Murcia and the College of Pharmacists of the Region signed a cooperation agreement to provide medicine and orthopedic optical and people with limited resources.
Through this agreement, those without stable address access to municipal social services may purchase the medicines they need with health problems, to prevent infection and to prevent contagion to others.
It is about improving health and quality of life of these people.
To ensure appropriate pharmaceutical care to these citizens, it is proposed this collaboration agreement that will allow these individuals access to pharmacies in the municipality by its corresponding recipe and the College will issue invoices for products dispensed.
The Municipality will invest 18,000 euros in this project.
