Murcia City Council has provisionally awarded the work to build a new road will reduce traffic congestion in the vicinity of the Green Sangonera.
This is a new road connecting the Integrated Transport Centre de Murcia (Citmusa) with the new ring Sangonera la Verde.
This road will be of great capacity, will have two lanes in each direction (3.50 meters each), shoulder internal (from 0.50 meters) wide outside (1 meter), central median (2.50 meters) and bike path (2.50 meters), which is protected by bollards so that no vehicle can invade the space.
The new road will have a total length of 523.98 meters, and will feature two pavilions outside diameter 70 meters.
The Consistory will invest 2.4 million euros in this new infrastructure, which will have a lead time of 6 months.
