The Socialist councilor Alfonso Navarro points out that the person responsible for street cleaning, along with the other PP councilors voted during the plenary session in September 2007 against the burying of municipal waste containers, including those of garbage collection
The Socialist councilor Alfonso Navarro is satisfied because the 5,738,000 euros from the ZP Fund will make possible the excavation of 139 containers in the municipality.
Indeed, says Navarro, the City of Murcia install these 139 containers, but what is obviously surprising is that in the plenary in September 2007, the PP rejected a motion calling for the Socialist Group to draft a Comprehensive Plan for municipal waste collection, specifying in item 1 the burial container of urban waste, including waste collection.
The PP, PSOE mayor continues, then argued his vote against the complexity of the work, difficulties and problems archaeological subsoil.
Finally today, thanks to fund-ZP-Navarro says the Socialists are glad that archaeological problems are gone, the basement is more manageable and cease to exist fictitious problems that arose a few months PP.
