The director general of Inclusion Programs closing two years of Radio ECCA Foundation for the social inclusion of battered women (03/03/2009)

On the morning of Tuesday 3 March 2009 the Director General of Pensions, Assessment and Inclusion Programs Regional Government, Juan Castro, director of the Institute for Women in the Region of Murcia, Teresa Moreno, general director Peninsula and Balearic Radio ECCA Foundation, Maria del Carmen Garcia, presided the closing ceremony of the courses "Home Help Assistant" and "Computer literacy for employment."

These proposals have been training under the program "Integration sociolaboral for women victims of domestic violence, funded by the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), through the said Directorate General, European Social Fund in collaboration with Bancaja.

The ceremony took place at the headquarters of Radio ECCA and Castaño he noted the importance of the work of Radio ECCA Foundation plays in the employment of certain sectors of the population and has praised his career in Murcia over 30 years.

For his part, Moreno thanked the invitation to this event and has been proud of that "ECCA is available to women victims of gender and engaging in the working world through internships in companies."

A complete program

The program "Job placement for female victims of domestic violence" is aimed at women who suffer or have suffered domestic violence situations and the methodology proposed is the design of personal integration pathways next to the woman with the ultimate goal of improve their quality of life by promoting personal autonomy and social integration, fighting for their independence and autonomy.

The activities have been proposed to achieve the goal set ranging from social attention to women to career guidance and mentoring skills workshops for active job search, job training, and accompanied by social skills training for its integration both social work.

This program has several proposals, including: integrated social care, socio-oriented tutorials, a workshop on social skills and self-esteem, a workshop on active job search, one of Preparation for Job Interviews, a proposal for computer literacy for job search ...

In addition, this proposal includes economic support measures, such as free childcare to promote reconciliation between work, family and staff, and scholarships and transportation assistance.
