The Department of Social Welfare, Gender Equality Policies and Citizenship has taken a step in the implementation of the fourth center of childcare in the municipality, to be built in the hamlet of Zarandona.
The City Council has given its approval to the final award of these projects, amounting to 800,000 euros.
The building will be built on a plot of 1,500 square meters
and will have about a thousand meters built.
Have two courtyards, one in the main facade and forth between the classrooms and administration areas.
The building will have over 300 square feet of classrooms, toilets for children, file, administration, changing rooms, food storage, laundry, cooking, cleaning room, dining room and a multipurpose room and reception.
This property will be accessible to persons with disabilities.
It also offers protection systems against noise, energy saving and thermal insulation.
The period of execution of the works is 12 months.
This center will be the fourth of the municipality for children.
There is currently operating one of these features in Avenida Juan Carlos I of Murcia, is nearing completion the work of another in Bacons Bridge and has approved the project to another in Cabezo de Torres.
Murcia City Council continues to focus on the creation of centers of reconciling work and family life in order to facilitate the development of personal and professional life of the families of Murcia, and the fruit of that commitment are the books.
