Passion Nazarene in the heart of Madrid (26/02/2009)

Drums and trumpets, fun groups, tunics and bergamot pills will surprise passers city center

A representation of the Supreme council of Murcia Guilds will present tomorrow at 11.00 pm in the Museum of the City of Madrid, next Easter 2009.

The event was attended by President of the Cabildo, Antonio Ayuso, the director of City Museum, José Nieto, the president of the Regional House of Murcia in Madrid, Luis Fernandez, and Popular Culture Councilman, Rafael Gomez.

The decision to make our Easter in Madrid is a further boost to the claim for the qualification of our great days of International Tourist Interest.

So this is the first of several events scheduled throughout the year in this regard.

The next day, Saturday, from 18.00, from the Plaza Callao will begin promoting a spectacular parade of Easter.

Participate in the parade, among others, a group of Heralds and drums of the Brotherhood of Servite, another car horn (mockery) of the Brotherhood of Amparo and the big band horns and drums Virgen de los Dolores, Ricote.

The parade will travel the heart of the capital for the street price, Puerta del Sol, Calle Arenal and Plaza Mayor.
