The Socialist councilor Marcos Ros file a motion in Parliament next Thursday to ensure compliance with the full Framework Protocol of 1999 and 2001, the planning agreement, and so to save the difficult economic situation facing the Real Murcia and ensure defending the interests of all Murcia.

The PSOE mayor recalled that the first document that was signed between the new leaders of the club in 1999, once become SAD was the Framework Protocol, which would serve as a basis for further planning agreement, and the object was, inter alia, the construction of the new stadium, economic consolidation and the viability of club sports, such as top flight team.

Setting the Protocol is in its third provision (p.8), is stating that "the Real Murcia CFSAD be the owner of urban use, susceptible of sale or commercial exploitation that are generated, as are considered necessary means to develop and finance the project ... "

As for the convention, recalls Ros, the signatories have recognized in the local press have obtained numerous benefits.

"We're talking about very important amounts of money that is beyond most normal accounts in Murcia and that alone would be more than enough to cover the current debt of the club, which is around 30 million euros" Socialist councilor reiterated.
