The University of Murcia has announced the hiring of electricity supply through an electronic auction, a pioneering experience in the environment of the Spanish government.

This electronic auction was held in the building that houses, recording nearly a dozen bids from both bidders, of which was won by the company "Iberdrola".

The project had come to contract with a maximum budget of EUR 3.6 million was awarded in 2.5, with an overall saving of 1.1 million.

This new electronic auction system, with the technical collaboration of the company "Aquanima" was a major organizational challenge for the university, the new procedures have been integrated into the traditional management style of recruitment.
