Everyone knows that Real Murcia Club de Fútbol sporting society is in a complex situation both in sports and economically, which led to the institutional crisis of last December 10 with the resignation of then President Don Jesus Maria Samper Vidal and other advisors.
Since then, regardless of recent resignations to the board President John Guillamón and other advisors, all of the current policy efforts have been directed both to achieve a plan that ensures the future viability of the institution and to improve Club sport status.
With this objective, the Vice President was created under the responsibility of sport D.
Manuel Alvarez, who, thanks to the efforts, commitment and skill of the players and coach, got the brilliant result well known.

In this context, given the situation created by the resignations referred to above and the need to cover a possible power vacuum, on Wednesday 4 February, held an extraordinary meeting, attended by all directors, who took the following decisions :
D. Appoint Chairman
Manuel Alvarez, who is responsible for sports management and institutional representation of the Club.
Appoint an executive committee that is responsible for managing the economic and club commitments in order to ensure viability.
This committee has the economic and legal advice Legalia Attorneys.
Before the report submitted by Legalia Lawyers and analysis of the economic circumstances and current situation, it made the order to give all necessary steps to ensure the viability of the institution including the submission at the time of voluntary insolvency creditors.
