Murcia University today opened a nursing room is located in the University Community Center on the campus of Espinardo.
This new service launched by the university is to facilitate and encourage breastfeeding.
The room is located in an area of great tranquility and is designed for nursing mothers may have a space reserved for this task and the conditions required privacy.
Users can express breast milk and placing it in proper conditions of health, in the refrigerator for later consumption.
It may also be used by members of the community college for nursing, feeding, changing diapers, etc..
The opening ceremony was attended by the Vice Rector of Students and Employment, Maribel Sanchez-Mora, and the manager of the University, Pedro Gálvez.
