The managing director of the Institute of Housing and Lands, Jane Brown, opened today at the Ministry of Public Works and Planning an information day to promote rental housing in accordance with its mandate to increase access to housing with regional plans aimed at this purpose.
The day began with a presentation by Brown, who focused his intervention on the Park IVS Public Housing, which has more than 2,000 leased.
It also appealed to "the obligation of the various administrations to comply with the constitutional right to a decent and adequate housing," adding that "the government must establish the relevant rules to enforce this law so the IVS puts all means necessary. "
In this regard, he highlighted the recent delivery of 10 homes built by the IVS Jumilla rented and said it is working on new lines that promote the hiring of future promotions.
Following the intervention of Brown, there was the presentation of the general secretary of the Association of Arbitration (AEADE), Javier Ãscar de Hoyos, on arbitration in urban leases which elaborated on the work of this association that resolves conflicts in leases or purchases .
Finally, the manager of the Association for the Promotion of Parking and Access to Housing, Carlos Ruiz, introduced a new tool to promote private hire, called Arrente, which aims to boost the rental market in Spain and meet the needs owners and tenants.
Auburn closed the event thanking the representatives of their collaboration and interest associations, and remembering "the firm commitment of the regional executive to facilitate access to housing or rent subsidies to purchase private housing and with the recent purchase of land for building of subsidized housing. "
