Murcia City Council fosters entrepreneurship and simplify procedures for obtaining a license to open a trade.
The Governing Board approved the draft of the new ordinance on "administrative simplification measures with regard to implementation of activities' that will open a store in 15 days.
The new ordinance provides for two types of procedures for opening various activities without risk to others and meet the following requirements:
"I do not work at night
"I do not need license to sell alcohol
"Do not occupy a larger area of 300 square meters
"No buildings are protected
"Do not be on undeveloped land
"Not subject to special permission from other government
Thus, excluded from this new ordinance bars, pubs, clubs, large repair shops, internet cafes, shops 24 hours, etc.
The new ordinance provides for two types of license:
-Acting reported.
It will be necessary for businesses safe (not subject to environmental qualification as shops, hairdressers, small repair shops, offices lottery ...).
Business, in general, not requiring further work permit to open its doors.
The owners of these businesses will have to submit to the City 15 days before seeking open and must provide documentation to ensure that your business complies with the law.

If everything is correct the City would not issue any report and 15 days may be open.
If there is something wrong with the City will notify the owner to rectify it.

Owners must submit a certificate that guarantees that your business complies with the law, liability insurance and obtain a provisional license with which you can open.
At the same time, to process the final license by following the steps required by law.
With this ordinance will expedite the processing of all types of licenses to be faster because the necessary paperwork for innocuous activities may allocate more staff to other open licenses.
80% of businesses that open in the municipality annually meet one of the two types of authorizations to provide the new ordinance.
