Local Agency for Energy and Climate Change of the City of Murcia has developed a list of recommendations to enjoy a sustainable Christmas.

There are about twenty tips are available on the website www.energiamurcia.eu and that will save energy during the holidays.

Heating: Set your heating to 21 °.

You'll save about 10% on your bill and help to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases.

If you feel cold, try to wrap a little longer before raising the temperature.

Heating appropriate reaction to real needs.

Green Electricity: Consumers have the right to choose the source of electrical energy that reaches our homes.

If you have not made the switch, make the decision to ask the power company coming to power your home is only green energy sources.

If you are buying, take your time, avoid traffic jams and crowds of last minute.

Walk and ride your bike.

In the movement of short distances, makes these habits to combat sedentary lifestyles.

Contribute to combating climate change while improving your health.
