The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, participated this afternoon for the ninth consecutive year at the Gathering of Neighbors Associations and the District of El Carmen at Christmas, whose role lies with the festival of carols and traditional music.
In a crowded exhibition hall of the municipal center, the various social groups in the neighborhood have played their best carols, popular in some cases and in others, novel compositions.
