2008 Training Course tourism and hospitality, which is part of the training program organized by the Tourist Center and Red Cross Qualification in Murcia, ended yesterday with the participation of nearly a hundred people.
The director general of Tourism, Angel Campos, accompanied by the director of the Center for Tourism Qualification, Jesus Galindo, and the Red Cross regional president, Aurelio Luna, was responsible for closing the above cycle, targets unemployed people.
The training program, which could access nearly a hundred people, was run jointly by TAC and Cruz Roja de Murcia, and offered four specific seminars that took place between June and December 2008.
In particular, through the courses 'Snack-bar', teachers taught students to identify the various facilities that comprise the group of cafes and bars as well as their characteristics.
Also, in the course of 'housekeepers' offered some tips for improving hotel services in infrastructure, cleaning and conditioning.
Finally, during the course 'basic cooking techniques' were taught the skills needed to work optimally in the kitchen.
