The Planning Department of the Municipality of Murcia continues to drive the construction of subsidized housing to cope with the economic crisis.

The new residential area will have a total of 1,525 homes in an area of 230,000 square meters.
The complex will have 26,000 square meters of public space and 40,000 square feet of municipal facilities.

In the hamlet of Cañadas de San Pedro has finally approved the construction of at least 120 public housing within a new development that will have a total of 1,000 homes and will occupy 270,000 square meters.
The new development will be located east of the existing road to San Javier and provide services to the old hamlet.
The residential will have flats, townhouses and detached houses.
Addition of 60,000 square feet of public spaces and facilities.
