Murcia will have a center of custody and child placement O'Belén Foundation will build on land donated by the city in the north of the city.

The event was attended by the Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, the Director General of Families and Children, Amparo Marzal, President of the International Foundation O'Belén, Emilio Pinto, and the Vice-Chancellor Students and Employment, University of Murcia, María Isabel Sánchez-Mora.

The Mayor referred to the collaboration with the Regional Government and the International Foundation O'Belén to build a therapeutic foster care in order that children can be addressed and can develop and grow in the field of family , "which is the best way to ensure a better future for all," he said.

Also, House has expressed its satisfaction that Murcia has become during these two days in the capital of active policies in support of foster care.
