House calls for a "society where no one feels left out and other protected" (17/11/2008)

Governments have an obligation to cooperate in building "a society where no one feels excluded and protected itself."

The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, has said these words at the opening of the course "Ethics, Justice and Disability", organized within the training plan CGPJ.

The event also participated the president of the Supreme Court, Juan Martínez Moya, the Director of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, the Dean of the College of Notaries of Murcia and the coordinator of the conference, Rocío Pérez-Puig.

In his brief speech, the Mayor has indicated that people with disabilities must become "the main reference for any action of public services as the company has to ensure that they receive all services in a system of equal and justice. "

House has described as "a luxury" Murcia hosting a seminar on justice, ethics and disability that will further the protection of the disabled and, above all, ensure that they can enjoy the full potential of our cities. "

Also, the Mayor stressed that the choice of Murcia as the seat provide the possibility that those who come from other parts of Spain know the city more closely and assess the progress and development it has experienced in recent years.
