Camera: "Nuclear energy, such as transfers, they have to beat the topic to be considered cursed" (29/10/2008)

"Nuclear power, such as transfers, must overcome many topics that makes them seem both documents are cursed."

This was stated by the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, who presided over the inauguration of the 34th Annual Meeting of the Spanish Nuclear Society held these days in Murcia.

In this sense, the Mayor pointed out that "it is very important to overcome certain topics, because they are repeated so often seem to be true, but the fact is that no scientific or rational."

Therefore, "it's time for destroying them."

House has also referred to the territorial complexity of the municipality of Murcia and the high development capacity, based on the provision of electricity and water, and "neither occur in the region, which makes us dependent."

However, security of supply from both sources arrive to the region in two different ways: while it does for electricity networks established, the water is not treated the same way.

Hence the fundamental importance of water transfers.
