The UCAM will launch next month of November, the third edition of the Masters in Physical Education and Health, which is aimed at graduates in Physical Education, Science Sport and Physical Activity (CAFD), Psychology and Medicine, among others.

The Master tries to teach the student to apply the methodology of research in the area of physical education and health, and to plan, develop and evaluate the implementation of physical activity programs targeted to health, among others.

The director of the Master and Bachelor of Science in Sport and Physical Activity (CAFD), Eduardo Segarra, stressed that "this is the only master of this subject that is offered in the Region of Murcia and surrounding regions, which is of great interest and provide those concerned to progress. "

According to Segarra said "research in physical education and health is necessary for the volume of practicing healthy exercise that is registered in Spain in recent years.

According to recent surveys, 40% of the Spanish population practice some form of physical activity or sport regularly, so it becomes a large field of research, study and work.

During the Masters, which shall be blended, will address content related to applied psychology to physical education, health and longevity, development and physical and biological evaluation and research approaches and trends in physical education, among other issues .

This Master has a large panel of experts.

Among them it is worth noting, by the UCAM, the Professor of Anatomy, Andrés Martínez-Almagro and teachers José Manuel Palao and Enrique Ortega.

Regarding foreign teachers will participate in the Master Professor of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Onofre Contreras, and professor at the University of Granada, Carmen Villaverde, and other experts involved in the field of Physical Education health.
