Begin proceedings for the extension of Avenue of the Spanish Navy (15/10/2008)

The Governing Board has given approval to a development project to begin the process to develop and then build on plots of the Fourth Street Road, in the neighborhood of Fleet.

This area is intended for industrial use and storage.

This project will get the land for the extension of the Avenue of the Spanish Navy, Juan de Borbón linking the Avenida Miguel Indurain.

The urban project is the definition of a consolidated area of urban land that has not yet been developed which includes about 16 parcels.

The City Council initiate the process for urbanization and construction of these plots adapted to the current General Plan.

This urban development is not anticipated the demolition of any dwelling.
