Planning and Architects Association have signed an agreement for electronic filing project (15/10/2008)

The Town Planning Councillor, Fernando Berberena, and President of the Official College of Architects of Murcia (COAMU), Francisco Camino sign a cooperation protocol for, inter alia, to allow electronic filing of construction projects.

Thus, it streamlined the process, will offer more quality professionals in the construction industry and save paper.

Urbanism and the Architects are launching a pilot to full telematics integration of government, schools and the College.

This new system will allow the Planning Department to offer more guarantees to the professionals, streamline procedures and remove the physical file documents.

Meanwhile, professionals in urban planning presented their documents in a flexible and secure and will save time and costs in processing these documents.

Steps

After launching the pilot, the referees do their work and sent to your email signature via the network to the College of Architects.

The telematics COAMU shall endorse and send an electronic copy of the draft to the Planning Department for processing.

The sponsor must submit only the application document in the Register Entry Management, which will be assigned an identification number and asked for the mandatory technical reports.

Technicians will access the document management telematics to download and study.

Until it is implemented in the Planning Department's electronic signature municipal technicians and finalize the document management application, reports are issued in hardware, manually signed by the technicians and reported to the sponsor through the usual channels of administrative procedure .

El Colegio de Arquitectos implanted electronic visa service in 2003 and currently 65% of visas are made with this system, with 800 professionals who use electronic signatures.

In the year 2010 the College require that all projects are submitted electronically.

To monitor this agreement will constitute a technical committee.

The College of Architecture and Planning Department and the College exchange information be reported to their members.

We also present an information campaign dissemination.

The pilot will be implemented in a month and will last two years, with possibility of extension.
