The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, will attend next Friday on 31 to an event organized by Young Futura to deliver the keys to their first 176 homes.
House has accepted the invitation of President of the cooperative, Ricardo Zamora, who has held a meeting this morning.
As he explained to the Mayor, the expectation is that by the end of the year other 177 owners can start enjoying their homes.
The other, to complete the 1,300 houses included in the promotion, will be delivered between 2009 and early 2010.
Future Young has enjoyed the support of the City from its inception because it is subsidized housing project most important and ambitious conducted in the city so far.
The houses, aimed at young people under 35, have up to 3 bedrooms and the selling price is around 100,000 euros.
