A doctoral thesis studies the criminal effects of the revelation of secrets (06/08/2008)

The discovery and disclosure of secret documents and telecommunications and its implications in criminal cases has been the subject of study of the doctoral thesis presented at the Faculty of Law at the University of Murcia for Olmo Leopoldo Fernández-Delgado.

This research, which has obtained excellent cum laudem, analyzes, among other things, the interception of telecommunications and technical use of listening devices, recording or reproduction of sound or image.

The dissertation, supervised by Professor James Peris, was tried by a tribunal chaired the Civil Law professor and rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho.

On the other hand, the same rating has been awarded the doctoral thesis presented at the Faculty of Psychology by Maria Luisa Blanco Larrieux, which was directed by Francisco Martínez Sánchez.
