Urban public transport Murcia will be reviewed shortly after being given approval by the Governing Board with an update of prices well below the CPI accumulated in the four years that rates have remained frozen.
Since July 2004, prices remained at 0.85 euros for an ordinary ticket, 15 euros for the bus pass for 27 trips, which meant that the bill came to 0.55 euros and 10 euros for students with 23 bonus -0.53 trip ticket).
The new rates will apply after the summer the regular ticket down to 1 euro, while maintaining the same price bonobos -15 euros, "including a trip less, a total of 26 - and the bonus of students remains at 10 euros, with 22 trips instead of previous 23.
The update to the transportation bonds is less than 4.5%, when the CPI accumulated in the last four years is 16%.
This measure is to encourage public transport use by the users at affordable prices, so that we are favoring the use of public transport with prices remaining at 0.57 euros for the ride of bonobos and 0.45 for voucher students .
