Joaquín Moya-Angeler is satisfied with the historic settlement of the budget of 2007 (07/07/2008)

The Deputy Mayor of Finance, Joaquin Moya-Angeles, has said this morning, in response to the socialist municipal group claims that the PSOE does not conform to reality and continues to provide erroneous arguments.

The head of the Treasury has stated that since "the government team is very pleased with the settlement of the 2007 budget, as has been historically.

We have obtained a surplus of more than 15.7 million euros, whose fate will be the improvement and expansion of infrastructure in the municipality of Murcia.

The budget settlement indicates that projects have been implemented in the city and in the districts for a total amount of 70,572,275.93 euros.

Of the total of activities planned in 2007, 140 million euros corresponded to Murcia City and another 140 million euros to the Planning Department.
