The Governing Council today approved a framework for collaboration between the Autonomous Community, through the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the University of Murcia, whose objective is the development of joint actions aimed at university students.
The theme of this convention proceedings with a duration of 10 years, includes among other collaborations: University Information Youth Information Points; recognition of free credits for courses organized by the Institute for Youth, European projects and programs.
Also, include activities related to: partnership, participation, culture, art, empowerment programs, training and leisure.
Under the agreement between the two institutions for this year will take place a cooperation agreement worth € 21,000 allocated, of which 9,000 are for the organization of the course 'no formal education in youth work' that held from 15 to 19 September, including the Universidad del Mar, and 12,000 euros for collaboration in the organization and development of the Home University.
The Youth Institute has been active promotion of associational activity and youth participation in social, economic, cultural and political life through the creation and development of structures and the necessary material and financial support.
In addition, designs, supports and promotes action plans based on youth participation and interagency collaboration.
