The project goes beyond the mere restoration of the building to retrieve an urban space, integrating into existing economic activity, with a great attraction for leisure.

In this way, it complements the existing Rincon de Pepe with a new building, an emerging resort and leisure services only in the heart of the city.

Both buildings will be joined by a skywalk.

In the draft presented today highlights the dome will close the building currently occupied by the Post Office.

With a geometric shape of gemstone in a chest, you can change color, and gives a great uniqueness to the intervention.

This new space incorporates an underground car park attached to the use of complex, with some 210 sites around-the ground floor of public space is reserved as a cafeteria, restaurant, etc., The plant 1 will house the casino (which may ease the current Rincón de Pepe and replaces it with a health club with spa), in Hall 2 will be a multipurpose room (for conventions, banquets, etc.) on floor 3 room will house the celebrations, while the plants 4 and 5 will be busy for suites.

On the cover is installed a swimming pool with terrace.

The implementation of the project will involve an investment of 20 million euros (regardless of the cost involved the purchase of the building).

If the deadlines are met, within weeks will begin in January archaeological surveys and the work could begin, lasting for about 18 months.

Thus, the new singular element of the city will open its doors in autumn 2010.
