More than 470 children in exchanges -168, 210 camps and 100 for linguistic stays in the British Isles, will participate this summer camps and youth exchanges organized by the Department of Youth and Employment, headed by Dolores Sanchez.

A total of 168 children born between January Murcia, 1983 and December 1994 will have the opportunity to benefit from the month of July the 22 youth exchanges held by the City Council to promote awareness of the European Union countries and promote practice of other languages.

At the same time, some 168 young people will learn and practice Spanish Murcia.

The destinations of trade will be twelve countries: Russia, Turkey, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, England, Belgium, Portugal and Czech Republic.

The registration period for these exchanges will be from Monday 21 April to Friday 2 May.

The participation fees, ranging from 250 to 400Euro, include return travel, full board, activities under the program and insurance.

As for linguistic stays in the British Isles, a hundred are the places to be offered to infants between 1983 and 1992

Wilderness camps

A total of 210 young Murcia can be integrated in the activities celebrating the Department of Youth and Employment under the name "Summer Active 2008" and that leads participants to know natural areas outside the Region.

The activities fall into four destinations:

- Adventure in the Pyrenees mountains, to be held in La Molina (Gerona), from 2 to July 16 for young people born between 1993 and 1995, with 50 places

- "Nature in Cazorla, which takes place in Arroyo Frio (Jaén), with 50 places, from 1 to July 15 for young people born in 1995 and 1996.

- "Asturias and Cantabria", to be held in Avin (Asturias), which offers 50 places for young people born in 1993 and 1994, from 1 to 15 July.

- "Source of the River World" to practice English, to be held in Riopar (Albacete), with 60 seats, from 16 to 30 July, for youth born in 1994, 1995 and 1996.

The price of these packages to the users is $ 350 for the camp in Cazorla and 400 for the rest.
