Solidarity, commitment and love of Murcia to the victims of terrorism has resulted in a collaboration agreement signed this morning by the Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and Alejandro Urteaga, on behalf of President of this association, Juan Antonio García Casquero.
The document reflects the City Council will provide the necessary support, moral or material, to those in need and has been a victim of terrorism itself or any of their relatives.
The Corporation also will encourage local action to promote awareness of the public to gain support for the victims of these crimes and the repudiation of terrorist activities.
The Association of Victims of Terrorism, represented by Alexander Urteaga Murcia, has several projects to fulfill these objectives, including:
Support program for voluntary movement, which aims to contribute to the financing of operating costs.
Direct intervention program for victims, which includes monitoring and guiding the recovery process, the generation of lines of family care and guidance to strengthen its anchor role after the shock of the terrorist act and the service legal advice in relation to the possibilities of judicial action, tax, labor, administrative, criminal, civil, criminal or commercial, among other courses of action.
Social awareness program that aims to promote a plan to educate for peace and against violence, launching public awareness campaigns and social awareness, a celebration of celebrations, conferences, seminars, roundtables and other educational events for reflection sobe the impact terrorism has had and continues in Spain.
The financial contribution that made the Hall takes shape at 9,000 euros, which will go to support the activities promoted by the AVT, whose mission is to try to repair the damage of any kind suffered by the victims, for which she has gained wide recognition stock as a result of the efforts to help victims and their families.
