The Planning Advisory Board, which met this morning, has given final approval to two partial plans that allow the construction of two developments in Santo Angelo and Bath & Beggar.
The new housing will be Bath & Beggar near the highway of Cartagena and the La Naveta.
This is an area of more than 5 million square meters with 185,000 square meters of green areas and cycle paths throughout the resort.
In addition, 161,000 meters square will be used for facilities.
This partial plan foresees the construction of 4,500 housing units, of which 1,100 are of OPV.
The Partial Plan was finally approved in Sant'Angelo is situated beside the old town of the parish, so that the neighbors who live in the village can also enjoy the green areas (6112 meters square), equipment (2,600 square meters) and bike lanes to be built.
This development will occupy an area of 50,000 square meters and is expected to build 40 homes, since this is an area of low density.
