The Consistory allocated 145,000 euros for school integration of children from disadvantaged (21/05/2008)

The Department of Health and Social Services City of Murcia allocated 145,000 euros to promote the full integration of school children of ethnic immigrants and socially disadvantaged families.

These grants are intended primarily for school transport, dining and educational material and sports.

This initiative aims to improve the living conditions of children.

In addition, the Board of Governors has approved a grant of 60,000 euros for the Association of Emmaus Traperos to carry out a project of psychotherapeutic care and promotion of volunteering within the program 'Integrated care and social integration in employment and labor '.

Also, the City Council has given approval for a grant of 17,792 euros to the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
