The land, valued at 972,000 euros, has the area needed to accommodate the security services able to address sufficiently the needs of the residents of Torreagüera, Beniaján and branches, which constitute the scope of this quarter.
The City works in this way with the state so that the inhabitants of the districts receive public safety services provided by the Ministry of Interior.
La Guardia Civil will be responsible for financing the construction, while the City takes over the plot and provide technical advice.
