The school community Federico de Arce wanted to commemorate the 25 anniversary of the center to the organization of a myriad of cultural, recreational, environmental, etc.
This morning, the councilors of Education and the Environment, Pilar Megía and Adela Martinez-Cacho, respectively, attended the middle school students to participate in the planting of 360 red petunias in the schoolyard.
Planting pots also coincided with the celebration today of the IX Center Cultural Week to be held until Friday morning and that is part of the events organized to mark the 25 anniversary of Federico de Arce.
Adela Martinez-Cacho said that the campaign "Plant for the Planet, Plant for Murcia" we want the smallest learn the important value of a tree or plant and care they need.
Schools may apply to the Department of Environment and Urban Quality of plants and trees they want, to be the students themselves that plant and care for them.
