The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment, through the Directorate General for Water, has tendered the drafting of interceptor collector works in the north of the city of Murcia.
This project has a budget of 1,484,558 euros, and the deadline for submitting applications is 22 February.
The construction of this infrastructure will mitigate the damage to the north of the city when they occur episodes of torrential rains.
Specifically, the work will include the construction of an underground hydraulic structure, which collect the water from watercourses and channeled in a controlled manner over about seven kilometers from the Rambla de Churra to the Segura River area The Arboleja.
With the tender drafting of this project, the Ministry serves a demand of society and Murcia City Hall itself, since it is an essential infrastructure for the area.
