The Department will invest 2.9 million euros per year to maintain these aids |

The City remains committed to provide certain groups access to public transport.

The Board of Governors approved this morning the proposal from the Department of Development to continue subsidizing retirees, pensioners and large families the ticket intercity bus lines.

Thanks to an agreement with Murcia Passenger Transport Busmar SLU and SLU, 100 Bono (pensioners and retirees with pension below SMI) and Bono Special Large Families (with five or more children or four of which one has a disability ) will remain free of charge, for a maximum total of 900 trips annually.

For large families Bonds general (three to four children) tariffs for each trip will be 50 cents.

Thus, the City subsidizes with 2,950,000 euros per year the difference between the price paid by the user of subsidized titles and the official rate of intercity regular ticket.

Thus, they may request the Bono 100, retirees and pensioners who receive credited exceeding 645.30 euros monthly income.

The deadline for using this card, which comes preloaded with 900 trips annually, is two years.

To request this bonus is necessary to present the certificate of registration, valid ID and certificate of pensions this year, proving income equal to or less than the SMI.
