In addition, the holder of Planning, Environment and Huerta, has detailed, this agreement also includes "the creation of a Center of Huerta de Murcia, which will be located in the building Contraparada and host an environmental information , tourist routes of interest shall be designed and an action plan for the enhancement of areas of scenic value in the Huerta de Murcia "will take place.

Also, the use of areas of interest for the realization of improvement actions and public use, framed in competitive Huerta, the hydraulic heritage will be improved and the Council of Wise Men of the Board of Landowners will be promoted will be managed, explained Navarro Corchón.

On the other hand, the city of Murcia will urge the Board of Landowners for the cession of those areas considered relevant for the development of actions to improve public use and belonging to the sphere of responsibility for Huerta, such as bike paths, pedestrian paths, adaptation and integration of channels, etc.
