Two groups of young Junior Language Club of the Department of Youth and Development Cooperation have taken to the streets this morning to visit the city during a theatrical tour which, this time, was conducted in German.
Other sessions practiced tongue is English or French.
Councilwoman Rebecca Perez, responsible for this area, participated in the first of two tours organized this morning, which involved 12- to 17.
The program is held during December and January and there are now up 12 groups with a total of 240 enrolled.
At each visit involved up to 9 characters in costumes of time interacting with the group and demonstrate the city placing it in a historical context.
The routes cover the city center, with special attention to the Plaza de Santo Domingo, Belluga, Murcia Casino and the Cathedral.
This project has highlighted Rebeca Perez, aims to "provide opportunities for language immersion in the streets, in theaters, in cultural while learning more about the town spaces, the city of Murcia, cinema and other cultural activities."
