Murcia City Council has collaborated once again with Jesus and Mary College Alfonso X the Wise of Murcia, in the Solidarity March XVI, whose funds will educational coverage to children / as of 3-12 years in situation of social exclusion in Guinea Equatorial.
The aim is to standardize the development of these young people, enhance their capacity for growth and change and to support families who do not have the resources to guarantee these needs.
Solidarity March, to be held on February 20 at 11:30 hours from the Plaza de Santo Domingo, is the mobilization of society Murcia to support development projects in the 'third world', helping to create an environment Murcia solidarity by streets.
The total cost of the project is 60,000 euros, which will go to the overall construction of classrooms and all necessary equipment for the same material.
A previous editions attracted more than 2,000 people and educational facilities were built in Cameroon, Haiti, Bolivia and Pakistan.
