Sociological analysis of the phenomenon of Social Accessible Tourism in the Region of Murcia is the subject matter of the doctoral thesis by Juan Antonio Clemente Soler.
The author, who has obtained the qualification for this work outstanding cum laude, examines the attitudes and behaviors of those responsible for tourism establishments in this type of tourism.
The attitude of those is very positive to accessibility, the study concludes, calling on the government and business actions that promote this tourism model, given the growing aging population and the increase of people with different functionalities.
The thesis was supervised by professors from the University of Murcia Pedro Vera and Mark Sanchez Diaz boat.
